Soft Touch is a Leicester-based arts and community development organisation. We offer opportunities for involvement in enjoyable and challenging creative projects. Our projects make a difference to people’s lives through personal development and gaining new skills. The empowerment of communities and individuals is at the core of our business, using the arts to enable people to reach their full potential and achieve positive life outcomes. We have a strong reputation for achieving beneficial results with ‘hard to reach’ young people such as young offenders, looked after children, Gypsies and Travellers and other excluded groups.

URBANXPRESS3

July 27th - 31st '09 - 10 - 5pm at Soft Touch workshop

A week of urban arts and music for young people aged 13-19 who are in care, living in supported housing or not in education, employment or training. Work with professional artists and producers at Soft Touch studios and get the opportunity to perform and showcase what you've achieved at a club night at the Victoria Park Pavillion on Friday 31st July

No experience needed. If you're interested in graffiti art, digital photography and design, music production, djing and mcing and can attend this free project every day during the week of July 27th - 31st, we want you to get involved, meet new people and have fun being creative.
